Before founding WE Inc, I spent years on the Global Design team at Coca-Cola, one of the most sophisticated marketing organizations on the planet, where I saw how powerful strategy, positioning, and design can be when they work together.
When I stepped into entrepreneurship, I noticed something surprising. The most capable women I met were often the least visible. They were running profitable businesses and delivering incredible results, yet the recognition rarely matched their expertise.
That realization became the foundation for WE Inc.
Today, we help women entrepreneurs refine their brand, strengthen their positioning, and build the kind of visibility that opens doors to press, speaking, partnerships, and opportunities that once felt out of reach.

Hey, I’m Erin! I’ve been drawing since I could hold a pencil and designing professionally for the last decade.
I have a degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Charleston, but my real talent? Bringing brands to life with personality, purpose, and a little bit of magic. Whether it’s a logo, website, or full-blown visual identity, I make sure my clients don’t just get seen—they get remembered.
