  • Not much. Most clients spend 1–2 hours per week on light review, approvals, and Slack check-ins. We meet once per month for a focused 1:1 strategy call. You’ll always know what’s coming, and I do the heavy lifting in between.

  • Totally normal. I offer flexible scheduling within my meeting hours (Tues–Thurs, 10 AM–2 PM EST) and have always been able to accommodate client needs. If we need to shift things around, we do.

  • While no placement is guaranteed, my clients typically land 1–2 award nominations, 2–3 press features, and 1–2 speaking or podcast opportunities within the 6-month container. I handle the pitching — you show up when the opportunity hits.

  • Yes. I create the copy and the creative — all you need to do is hit “share.” Every win gets amplified in a way that’s on-brand and aligned with your voice.

  • We follow a proven, flexible framework:

    Discovery → Visuals & Messaging → Quick Wins → Ongoing Amplification
