Leslie Norton, AIA, LEED AP has been thinking in floor plans since she was a kid.

Before she became the owner and principal architect of Norton Design Studio, before the national design awards, magazine features, HGTV, This Old House, and Charleston recognition, Leslie was the elementary school girl drawing layouts on graph paper because a teacher noticed something early: she loved the place where math and art meet.

Today, that same sense of possibility sits at the center of Norton Design Studio, her woman-owned boutique residential architecture firm based in Charleston, South Carolina.
